QUARTZ INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL ACADEMY

Quartz FC was founded and established as Quartz Soccer Club at Kozhikode in 1976 by Mr P Haridas, an ardent lover of sport, especially football. The club is owned by the company Quartz Football India Pvt. Ltd. and was renamed as Quartz Football club (Quartz FC) in early 2017 when it started its non-residential football schools. In 2018, it has elaborated its using to residential schools under the leadership of Carlton Chapman. Academy aims to develop a footballer since the very start of his career. As football is a family of team sports, Quartz International Football Academy started residential coaching at Calicut.

Mr. Azeez Abdullah, the president of Quartz FC, has got a clear vision about the club's future and has been spearheading the activities of the club since 2017.

The club currently plays at the top division of Kozhikode district League Championship and are the current runners up and also stands in the top level of Kerala Premiere League. The club team is selected for the second round of the League.

Our Coach

Carlton Anthony Chapman

Carlton Chapman is an Indian retired professional footballer and current technical director of Quartz International Football Academy. As a player, Chapman played as a midfielder in the Indian National Team for 10 years and also captained the side.

He is among the few elite footballers from Bangalore who went onto lead the Indian National Team. Carlton had a six-year coaching stint with Tata Football Academy from 2002-08, the Academy that he played for soon after representing Karnataka in the Santhosh Trophy.
